SWAPNO project has organized a two-day workshop in 12 districts; every working area of the project on the Operation Manual, Internal Control Framework & Beneficiaries Selection System. The participants of the workshop are project coordinators, project officers, and union workers of the project's partner NGOs (ESDO, Shushilan, YPSA). The primary objectives of this workshop are to strengthen the capabilities of Union Workers in participating in the project implementation. Furthermore, the participants have gained theoretical and practical knowledge about the digitized process of beneficiary selection.
